(October 26, 2018, 5:32 pm)Alycia, an employee, went out of her way to make sure the product I wanted, Ice Mocha Coffee was refilled and available. The store was moderately busy and she, Alycia was performing other tasks. When I told the manager that the machine was empty, she overheard me & immediately came and refilled it without being told to do by the manager.
The employees and the manager at this store are ALWAYS polite, friendly & efficient. I come here frequently. It is my opinion that the manger of this store ensures that his employees are trained correctly.
