  After today, the ONLY service center I'll ever use! Don't let the smaller size compared to a factory dealer fool you, this is how all dealerships should be run. The owner Paco took my car in at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon, but first came out to take a look to see if he could get me on the road sooner. The car did need further diagnosis though and said he'd call me Saturday. Not only did he call, but after authorizing repairs Paco and his team stayed after hours to complete the job! See if that happens at your local dealer. As an on the road Representative in the construction industry I've logged over 185,000 miles in 3 years and he understood how important it was for me to get back on the road. After meeting everyone there, I'd bet a weeks pay that they'd do that for every single customer though. Thanks for everything!

  Paco is an extremely talented mechanic--trustworthy, solution oriented and genuine. Open communication from start to finish equaled an unparalleled customer experience. A tidy, professional shop speaks to his attention to detail. Will definitely seek out Paco again for any of my automotive needs.

  Paco and his son did an amazing job getting the ac in my car to work again. After 3 years of being without it, I forgot what it's like having ice cold air conditioning. They're very knowledgeable and honest. I couldn't be happier with the great work and friendly service they provide.

  Today was my first time at Paco’s auto shop and he delivered an outstanding service for me. I had a broken back tail light and leak and he fixed it. For many months I kept getting the run around from other shops and for once I got the service I needed and at an affordable price as well. He was nothing but polite, professional and respectful. I highly recommend! Will definitely come back again!

  RP Auto Services is without a doubt one of the best mechanic businesses in town. They worked with my busy schedule, had amazing prices and super polite staff. I will absolutely be returning to them for any future auto needs!
