Honest, reasonable, competent, friendly. Have used them twice and can honestly say its been years since I've encountered an auto service place with the value system of this place. Bought the parts and thought I'd do the job myself but just decided I didn't have the tools and youtube videos indicated about 90 minutes to do the job. Decided to call Zachs. No problem, scheduled the appointment and in about 45 minutes the job was professionally, perfectly done. The charges were fair in my mind. So pleased to find a place I can get service work done without hesitation or second thoughts.
