She went way above her job description to help us get the right car at the absolute best rate. I highly recommend this bank, location and Michelle to anyone looking to finance a vehicle. She also helped to refinance my current vehicle loan at the same time she put our new car loan together! I must say, I believed customer service was a thing of the past. I guess I was wrong!
