“While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”

“This is a new eye doctor in Odessa although they have 2 other locations in Tampa. The doctor and nurse are very down to earth and friendly. The exam was by far the best and most informative examination I have ever had. They have all the latest technology. The doctor scanned my retina and took a video of my eye then went over every detail. He answered all my questions and explained all the parts of my eye. The glasses they offer are all so nice!! Everything is made in Europe and super light weight which is helpful since my prescription is so high. I defiantly recommend them!”

“This is my 1st time taking my dog to Urgent Vet on SR54 Odessa. I was nervous going in not knowing the staff and expecting a hospital wait and a huge vet bill. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm and caring the staff was. I hardly had to wait even though the website had an alert saying it would be 85-95 minute wait without an appointment. Their check in process is seamless, the facility is spotless/clean and reasonably priced. Special kudos to Kiara & Dr.Meadows for making our experience such a great one.
