(December 4, 2019, 11:54 pm)Customer service was great. Unfortunately, I was miss lead with them taking my insurance. I got my BOGO glasses which is a great deal. But, I hadn’t even had my glasses 6 months before my first pair broke when I took them off of my face, the metal snapped completely. & I take very good care of my glasses. Luckily I had my back up pair at home, but the lens on both pairs of my glasses are constantly smudged up and no matter how many times I clean them, they never stay clean. Quite frustrating after spending $260. But that’s just my personal experience.
