“Well I don't know what I was expecting. After 8 months of going to Doctors Choice Weight Loss I have lost weight. I still have 20 to go. BUT if you don't mind impersonal service, a lack of customer service and going through withdraws from the Appetite suppressants because they will not let you pay the following week ( $60.00 every appointment). Well then I guess your good to go. I even called the day before and was told it shouldn't be a problem. AND the office manager will not come out to talk to you about it. So this should be interesting , I've never gone through withdraws before. 7/24/17 Dana ( the office manager ) from the Trinity office called. She said I didn't give her the chance to rectifie the situation before I wrote the review. And she was right, I didn't. She said she asked for my file and reviewed it. After reviewing my file said I could come in and pay the following week. They do not normally do this but I had been come every Monday sense I started and I was losing weight on a weekly bases. She also stated she would be talking to staff about the customer service end of it. SO If your looking to lose weight and keep it off this would be the place to go. I am down 63 pounds sense January. I feel greatand I look awesome.”

Once a week I get a note in the mail about the COVID status of the staff and residents. During our quarterly care plan meetings the staff is attentive, well informed and very caring. My mother is VERY happy here. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and know how challenging this work can be. Their communication with my sister and I is very appreciated. Highly recommend.”
