Lights Out Boxing & Fitness

So I bought a year pass wanting to really get into boxing. I am really happy I signed up. Everyone one their was friendly and fun to be around. I don’t give reviews often. The environment encourages me to keep coming back.

Amazing! After a miscommunication, the owner reach out and invited me back for a 30 minute session. One thing about great companies to me are that they take ownership and leadership. This gym does both extremely well. Danny was thorough about finding my goals and also explaining the type of coach he was, so I went in with no surprise and felt successful at the end. I recommend Lights Out to those of you who are looking to perfect your skill, train to shred or just looking to learn. They have experienced staff that can cater to your needs.

I love coming to this boxing gym. This is probably the best team/staff I have witnessed. They truly have amazing coaches, a wide variety of classes and times. All of the coaches push you during the classes and it keeps me coming back. I particularly love Kemii’s classes, they are very high energy. I also look forward to Loresa and Janessa’s classes because of their full body workout. I am currently doing some personal training with Coach David- his training is top notch, highly recommend. Overall, best gym in this area.

If you're looking for a high-quality gym, Lights Out is it. Coaches encourage you to do your best and push you to improve. The owners are very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile, and the space is excellent! If you want to take your fitness and training seriously, I highly recommend this gym.

I’ve been going here for almost three years now and I love it! I’ve been training under Coach Gary who’s taught me well through these years. Totally would give this place a shot.
