Great store. Nice and clean. Most things were in the location that they are supposed to be (ie shoe sizes, shirt sizes, etc). Our cashier (whomever associate 653731 is) was very pleasant. Thanked me for taking the hangars off the clothes we bought.

My wife and I always buy at Ross. We now go out of our way to buy at this specific store. Thalia and Lilly have made all the difference in your customer service department. Very polite and helpful.
I know potential when I see it, and those 2 ladies have it. My suggestion to ownership: Give them the training they need and they will be an ever better asset to your management team.
