I really like that this is a smaller office with only one provider who I will see every time and build rapport with. And Dr. Mankodi was so pleasant and kind. They got me in a day after I called as a new patient, explained what I may have to pay for my expected procedure BEFORE I even went back to see the doctor, and had my issue resolved, medication sample in-hand, paid and out the door TEN MINUTES after my appointment was scheduled. “Literally my favorite store. Great management and staff. It's my go too for quick household essentials, delicious cheap snacks. It's very organized I've been in some DG's that are just a mess but this place is clean restroom is also clean and always well stocked. Me and my bf usually go here once a day It's been a few weeks since I've been able to make it in we both just work so much that we started ordering things for pick up at Walmart but soon we will be back in. I miss the friendly faces.”

“While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”
