“We've used The Greenery on several occasions over the years. A little over a year ago, we bought 4 trees from them and had them installed in a straight row side by side. Three trees thrived. For some reason, one did not. We followed instructions and cared for all four trees the same. They were planted in the same place. We finally called Raul from The Greenery and explained the situation, hoping to get some guidance as to what might be done to save the tree. We'd had the trees for over a year, so I wasn't expecting a refund. After further examination, it was determined that the one tree was definitely dying. Raul sent over a new tree along with his guys to remove the old tree and plant a new one. While we did not get the new tree for free, Raul took everything into consideration and gave us a very fair price to replace it. Most companies wouldn't do that after a year. Always professional, great inventory, and high standards for customer service. The Greenery has customers for life !”
