“My daughter is 17 and a patient of Dr.Yen's. We were recommended to see him when her dr at John's Hopkins Hospital stopped practicing. To be honest, I was afraid of bringing her to see Dr. Yen due to the negative reviews. However, I must say, 5 stars are NOT enough! Starting with the office staff - Tabitha and Alize, they are absolutely AMAZING! Their kindness and compassion when answering any questions regarding insurance, making appointments, and questions in general have always been over the top incredible. Dr. Yen is very thorough, explains in depth treatment, gives different treatment options, and truly invest himself in the patient. He takes his time and we have never felt rushed. He has also been compassionate and kind, listening to what my daughter has to say about her pain and validating her feelings. We drive over an hour to see him and it's worth every mile!”

“I have had skin cancer 4 times now. 2 of those were removed by Moh’s Surgery because they were on my face. This most recent skin cancer was Moh’s surgery performed by Dr. Dorton at Bay Dermatology. I have to give him 5 stars. I would give him more, if possible. He did a beautiful job of minimizing scarring. I pulled my bandages off about 28 hours after surgery today because the bandages were covering my earlobe and it was pulling every time I moved my head. However, when I removed the bandages, I saw that the cut went vertically from the top of my earlobe to my jawline, along the front of my ear. (No wonder it was covering my earlobe!) I couldn’t have asked for a better cut line- it won’t even be noticeable once it heals. I am so pleased at the job he did- I thought the surgeon in Spokane who did my first Moh’s surgery did a great job, but the work Dr. Dorton did is even cleaner. Thank you, Dr. Dorton!”

“This brand new facility just opened in July. It is extremely state of the art with the most advanced medical technology. They use disposable thermometers to take your temperature. The scale is wheelchair accessible, so you do not need to get up from your wheelchair for the staff to weigh you. The scale is also 100% completely confidential as there is no display of your weight large enough for others to see. The staff is professional, experienced and so incredibly friendly that you feel like they are family. The facility is extremely clean and sanitary. The staff caters to any problem you may experience and will never keep you waiting. There is a total of 20 dialysis stations. The recliners are very comfortable and all patients have their own flat screen TV with remote using Direct TV. The channel options are plentiful. It is extremely cold, so if you are a potential patient, please dress accordingly. Most patients also bring their own blankets to stay comfortable. The facility does not provide any blankets, food or drinks, so make sure you bring everything you may need so that you are comfortable. The facility opens at 6am on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays and is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are a patient of Dr. Reddy or Dr. Badillo (nephrologists), they do visit Davita for check ups.”

The steamed dumplings are absolutely exquisite and melt in my mouth, with the garlic sauce of course! and don’t even get me started on the beef and vegetables, so good! “Pyramid installed our original sound and light system in 2009. We upgraded a couple years ago. I just want to say that we are very happy with our system. More importantly, their customer service is outstanding- one of the best I’ve ever experienced! A few weeks ago, the Internet went out. I texted at 8:30 PM and got help. Today, shortly after noon, the entire system went out. After walking me through what might help over the phone (which didn’t work) a technician was out this afternoon and fixed the problem. They are fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Pyramid without reservation!!”
