I love that I can communicate with him via text as phone calls are really hard for me with my work and school schedule. He usually has appointments that are easily available and not weeks out, which is really helpful for something that's important, but not urgent. My horses skin and tail are so much better since he's helped find a good protocol for medications and topical spray for his tail.
