He was so knowledgeable about his products and asked great questions. Also telling us to test the bed out as we actually sleep was genius and I don't know why I've never thought of that! (We are both side sleepers). We found one model that we were fairly happy with while chatting and the fact that we both get hot while we sleep came up. Ron asked us to try two more models out before deciding. He took us to look at the Marriot models and wow! The comfort level was amazing. We both could have fallen asleep right there.
