“I met Xavier over the telephone 48 hours before I was due to move from Tampa Florida 1000 miles up to Buffalo New York. I had scheduled a move with a brokerage company and two days before they were due to arrive, they shot my estimate up $3000. I felt completely uncomfortable with the original company, and they did not take care of anything in a professional manner. From start to finish, everyone that I interacted with at Hello Movers LLC were compassionate and kind, a family operation, which I love! Xavier, Michael, Danny, and Anthony swooped in with love and care for me and my situation, and all of my belongings. Xavier put my job on the board without hesitation, and helped work with me on pricing because I was beside myself. He sent Danny and Anthony to pack up my whole life and they did, with such care. All of my belongings were meticulously, wrapped everything was left so clean! They were transparent from start to finish and this entire operation. There was no hidden anything when it came time to move. I love working with like-minded individuals and from start to finish, you can tell how much they care about their clients. I was in the middle of a panic attack when I came to Xavier and he made everything seamless. I gave Danny the biggest hug!! “We are members of Boat US and everyone knows that you can get your boat numbers and graphics from them at a member's discount. But we chose to support a nearby business in the Hudson community and we are very glad that we stopped into "Local Wraps" on 19. We spoke to the owner, Billy, and we were very impressed with their shop, the selection and colors of materials, and the professionalism that was shown to us. We told him what we wanted, but expected that it would be necessary to place an order for the stuff and to wait at least a week for the finished products. But this was NOT the case! Billy sat down with us and he designed exactly what we explained to him that we wanted. We had a great choice of colors and we selected the highly reflective white vinyl for the name sides of our boat and navy blue for our FL registration numbers. After this, we were ready to pay and to leave the business but Billy said to please have a seat and to wait. He went back into the rear of the shop and produced high quality graphics for us while we waited. And just when I thought that it could not be a better experience for us, Billy came out with our package and rang us up. Local Wraps just happens to honor veterans with a military discount and you just can't beat that gesture either! We rated this business the full 5 stars because like us; you will NOT be disappointed and they could not have done anything better to improve our experience! You can't beat quality and you sure can't beat Billy's "great big personality". “Great experience. We bought furniture while building. Very happy with prices and selection. Ordered a beautiful dinning room and living room set. They stored our furniture without a problem. When we were ready they delivered it in perfect condition. We did have a little problem but it was taken care of professionally and quickly. “Matt and Lori Brown are phenomenal! I have worked professionally with Matt twice. The first time, he taught self-defense to a group of teenage girls I worked with, including my two daughters. Almost 4 years later, my now 16-year old still talks about (and is happy to demonstrate!) what he taught her. Matt also came and taught at my school for the Great American Teach-in. It was easily the highlight of the students' day--if not week! In addition to teaching them some self-defense, he also talked to them about empowerment, self-defense and respecting others! “I wish I could remember the officer's name I spoke with through the non-emergency line. He was incredible when he didn't have to be. I called about an airboat on the swamp area on my property and he was awesome in identifying that it was mosquito control. He also explained how the laws work for waterways in Florida, which I didn't know and helps me and my neighbors. He spent a good 5 minutes just being helpful with questions I've had since I moved here (and he didn't have to do this at all!). He could have simply said it's mosquito control and hung up. Instead, he even explained what they're doing and what to look for to be able to identify their vehicles other than boats. Sir, if you ever read this - thank you. My neighbors and I have been trying to figure who to contact and get answers from for a while and we always got sent somewhere else. You not only answered all of those questions, you did it kindly .”
