“From my first phone call with Donna, she was extremely kind, professional, positive, and a bright ray of sunshine! She explained clearly how pricing works, did not try to sell me anything I did not ask for, and explained the entire process of what the day of the cleaning would look like. We used Hydra Maxx for a move-out carpet cleaning and since we had left the residence prior to the cleaning, Donna texted me about 30 minutes before the cleaners would arrive so my boyfriend or I could go over and meet them there. She was extremely responsive and communicative! Even though she could not give me a promised timeframe of arrival initially because we are in South Tampa, they came much sooner than I expected! Because of our location, I was expecting us to be the last stop of the day / late afternoon and they were there by noon. The team onsite was also professional and kind and did a FABULOUS job! I’m a perfectionist and it’s obvious this company hires perfectionists too. 10/10 stars, I would definitely use Hydra Maxx again!”

“We we're in a rush and locked our house keys inside of course without realizing till it already happen, we called a few who wanted to charged us $150 plus some other fee, I continued to scroll down and saw this company. They were true to what was posted response time with the phone call was really quick about 10 minutes on a FRIDAY was also true to quote $90 with no extra charges. I highly recommend The Locksmith .
