“Well I don't know what I was expecting. After 8 months of going to Doctors Choice Weight Loss I have lost weight. I still have 20 to go. BUT if you don't mind impersonal service, a lack of customer service and going through withdraws from the Appetite suppressants because they will not let you pay the following week ( $60.00 every appointment). Well then I guess your good to go. I even called the day before and was told it shouldn't be a problem. AND the office manager will not come out to talk to you about it. So this should be interesting , I've never gone through withdraws before. 7/24/17 Dana ( the office manager ) from the Trinity office called. She said I didn't give her the chance to rectifie the situation before I wrote the review. And she was right, I didn't. She said she asked for my file and reviewed it. After reviewing my file said I could come in and pay the following week. They do not normally do this but I had been come every Monday sense I started and I was losing weight on a weekly bases. She also stated she would be talking to staff about the customer service end of it. SO If your looking to lose weight and keep it off this would be the place to go. I am down 63 pounds sense January. I feel greatand I look awesome.”

“Big thank you to Zeth at Ultimate 3D Printing Store. I contacted them concerning a few questions I had. I am converting both of my Phrozen Shuffle XLs to Mono screens. He took the time to promptly return all my emails, answer all of my questions and even called me directly after a few rounds of emails. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued and only had one kit in stock, which I was totally bummed about. However, he took some extra time, looked around to see what he could find. He really went above and beyond. He ended up finding a customer returned kit that was uninstalled. He offered that kit to me at a discount, even though it was only missing a micro usb cable. I was really impressed with his blind willingness to take the time for a new customer. We really don't see this kind of customer service too much. I just wanted to let everyone know they are a top notch, very professional company. They will get my business again in the future. Update: Received my packages, and let me tell you it was packaged probably better than anything I've received in the mail. OEM packaging, and clear warning labels that in fact it was fragile. Zeth even followed up with me with another email about receiving the packages, which is also unheard of from 99% of the companies out there. I told him that in the future I am planning on purchasing a large format Modix BIG-180-XL printer and that I would be buying it from them instead of going through the manufacturer. Thanks Zeth! “Great sub! Couldn't be any more stuffed with meats and veggies. Another person there ordered a club sandwich it was massive! Gotta try one next time. Skip the beet salad, it was meh. The ladies there are super friendly, they are however anti mask, just a warning in case you are worried about such things. Edit: went back for the club and it didn't disappoint. Had them make it as a three meat combo and boom! One of the best ever!”

They were professional, courteous, and quick to respond (only way to get a hold of them is leave a note under their door). I’ll be back to support their business for sure. But to be safe, I’ll probably just be using the DIY car wash stalls instead. EDIT 5/16.. * idk why I came back since my last experience with drive thru was horrible, but the one time that I did, there was a metallic piece that’s supposed To go down when driving over, but it didn’t. Most others would just take it. Also, on all my visits, only once was there an issue (a faulty clamp).
