They have payment plans too which is a HUGE help, especially when you have two kids in braces at the same time. They’re also very affordable when comparing their prices to other orthodontist offices in the area. I really can’t say enough about the staff. They’re super flexible and have even taken us as a walk-in when my son’s wire snapped. I was a walk in with no appointment and from the very beginning their staff, run by a very nice man named Sarge, demonstrated customer service beyond any services you would see anywhere else (corporate dealerships) he gave me accurate quotes down to the singular dollar amount. One great offer was that he quoted me on the part I needed, then had options available where I could go find the part cheaper, but in HALF THE TIME it would of taken me to drive to the nearest auto retail shop. My parts were already delivered and in the mechanics hands. 45 minutes from start to finish. Nothing can best that!”

“This was a great experience. Good for families and all ages. The tour is about 45 min long filled with interesting stories and a variety of animals from tigers to coyotes to snakes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable on exotic wildlife. It was cool to see them engaging with the different animals and hear how they got there. Definitely worth the visit!”
