Sharon Deegan was the agent we chose when looking for a new home in Florida. Coming from Connecticut, we wanted a neighborhood that reminded us of our home there, as it was safe, friendly and also a spot where we had some privacy, not closed in all around. We looked at so many houses with Sharon that we thought she would like to have us go away...instead she stayed with us. I would tell her if she gave up on us it would be understandable but Sharon would say "it's a process, the right place will come for you" and it did. She hung in there for 3 months! She never tried to tell us "this is the one for you or I found the house for you". She left it up to us to find our new home, and we love it and our canal backyard. She is an awesome agent but more than that, a kind, sweet and patient person. Look no further if you want someone who will truly stay with you, guide but not push you.
