Without giving too much information about myself, I have seen many professionals over the last 11 years of my adult life. Many of these individuals have done a great job at giving me the appropriate tools to manage a somewhat normal daily life. However, I am pushing 30 years of being in my own head and am still struggling. I have only been to three sessions with Marie and she has already managed to separate all of the garble mumbo-jumbo in my head and pinpointed very specific areas of my life at which I have developed (truthfully) very negative habits and thought patterns. She is very good at her job and I am eager for my next appointment!
