“Came in due to a check engine light and a possible bad battery. James helped me out and he was awesome. Came out to my car and read the code for me and wrote it down. I asked him if I should get the battery replaced and he told me he thinks the engine light issue might be related to the battery problem and suggest I get that addressed first. He could have very easily said yes and tried to sell me a battery I might not need but instead he was honest and I will be coming back for all my future auto parts needs. Oh and it was all free! Dealership wants $125 just to read the codes. Thanks for the excellent service and honesty!”

“Was having issues with my car not starting overnight took the battery to get checked by NAPA Auto parts was cleared as good as well as my alternator. Kept having the same issue called AAA on two separate occasions they also said the battery and alternator were both good. And so on the third occasion where my car would not start overnight after being parked I took it to skycrest auto services the owner was very nice and gave me a temporary battery to run my errands for the day and ordered the correct size and had it there in less than an hour and put in for less than what AAA would have charged me even if they would have replaced my battery.”
