I have had all of maybe three bike shop experiences before but the service at Trek Aquia was undoubtedly the best. Goose (Mike) went above and beyond to repair my vintage Raleigh bike while offering friendly, courteous service at a personable level. Highly recommend this shop for people (like me) who know very little about bikes and want to feel comfortable with your bike service. Thanks again Trek!

The staff was patient and professional. They really took their time to show us all the options for my daughter’s first big girl bicycle. Chris was our sales associate and he was not pushy at all to make a sale, rather he wanted to make sure we made the right decision, be it to buy or wait. His passion for cycling was evident and the staff made my daughter and I feel welcome from the time we entered until the moment we left with our new purchase a 20 inch 3-speed Electra Savannah.
