“While I see complaints of how fast Dr Muller scoots you in and out and I agree it’s a quick visit-for me that’s perfect. We both know why I’m here. If I’m looking for coddling and to catch up that’s what my pcp is for. I have had tonsillitis for what seems like years. I put it off myself because I had other health issues to contend with. But now the tonsils said enough. I got in to see him quickly. He saw them quickly. Said yep. Gotta go. Oh. You have sleep apnea? Let’s take the adenoids. Often times one agitates the other. 3 weeks later I’m in bed recovering from a quick (although painful ) experience. I wouldn’t want it to have gone any slower. He is thorough and to the point. Great doc. Hope I don’t have to see him any time soon after this but if so I feel he is competent enough to get me through it. And his staff is great.”

“I've been training with JR since 2010 and the experience has been very uplifting on many levels. It is very rare that you come across so much life-changing information that you can readily implement and see results so quickly. For my fitness goals he's developed routines that allowed me to build the strength and develop the proper movement, etc. to achieve them. These routines (tailored to goals) along with JR's patient, non-judgemental approach and his emphasis on proper breathing, motion and posture really made me want to dig deeper and get better (without fear of getting hurt). I've quickly seen the results and felt the benefits. On the martial arts side, I had trained in Hapkido before I started with JR. I liked it but I lacked the confidence for a real fighting situation. From the beginning I re-learned how to strike and kick more efficiently and effectively. I was introduced to Systema and its principles explained with JR's physiological understanding. I learned how to engage my opponent more effectively, identifying and exploiting weaknesses and taking away balance and 'disrupting' structure (I could go on and on here). In a real fight, a lot of emphasis is placed on evasion but getting hit is almost inevitable, so learning how to deflect, absorb and deal with full-on body strikes was an absolute game changer for me. Over-coming my fears has boosted my confidence immensely. I've been very impressed by JR's depth of knowledge, his skill and remarkable ability to impart his knowledge.This training is simply amazing! Sessions usually begin with breathing and stretching exercises worked into varying "routines"; it's always reassuring to see how they tie right in with the techniques to be covered. I enjoy a sense of overall bodily strength and 'sharpness'. Our mantras over the years have been "Good times" and "How hard could it be" which, I think, reflect an attitude where digging deep is fun. Gotta love ti!”

“I dumped Humana for Pharmaco and my life has greatly improved. Like most seniors with Humana insurance for medications, Humana pitched their pharmacy services to me two years ago. I have dreaded that decision to move my meds to Humana every day since then. My frustration and anxiety kept getting worse when i would get automated calls from Humana about some drug that was due for a refill. They would leave a long message, with a long ID number for me to use when i called back. Then, when i would call back, it was again an automated voice telling me the name of the drug that was due for renewal. My daughter would hear me screaming commands to the computer voice to no avail. Then she would have to call Humana, wait for nearly 60 minutes before a live person would get on the phone. Last month, she suggested I moved my meds from Humana to a local pharmacy. I picked Pharmaco because it is next door to the gym I go to. I can't tell you how much my life has settled down now that I have a real pharmacist who calls me (Chris- the owner), he stays on top of my medications, doesn't make my mind explode with all the fancy names, settles me down by just talking plain and simple, in a way I can easily understand. He really cares about his customers and will go well out of his way to make sure that you are well cared for. Initially I thought it would be more expensive than Humana, but it is pretty much the same cost--- without the anxiety.”

I had my new patient appointment/consultation about 2 weeks ago, and was extremely impressed: from the moment you walk in the door, until you leave, you’re so well taken care of. The office is extremely clean and the girls all up at the front are so friendly and so fun to talk to as well! But oh my goodness, Dr. Little is the best dentist I have ever been to, hands down. From the moment I met him during my consultation, it was apparent that he is a very kind and professional dentist. He’s very thorough, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. And Deena was awesome with cleaning my teeth: very gentle and such a funny and friendly personality. — Flash forward to today: I had to have 2, rather deep cavities, taken care of.
