It was invigorating while not being too challenging (after all, it's so hot), & Tania was so sweet, welcoming, & explained everything very well. Wish we could go more often!

It can be gentle for beginners and challenging for the more experienced person. I have learned so much and can only say thank you with gratitude for her professionalism and knowledge that she shares every single class. You will always feel welcomed and comfortable!

The best part of the class is how Tania guides you to your very best practice by her reminders about breathing, watching your alignment, and remembering to smile. I am so grateful to have found this awesome practice that strengthens your body, mind, and soul & brings yogis from all over together.

(January 9, 2019, 4:15 pm)Tania is an amazing teacher and her soothing English accent is a winning combination. The majority of the time we practice Hatha yoga which is great for releasing the kinks/tightness in the body. I always feel an inch taller at the end of class. The view of the ocean is a huge & relaxing plus. All the students, seasoned or beginners, are really nice. Don’t be shy, come out and join us, you may get a gift from the Universe - a new friend.
