“I wanted a Pentair VST Pool pump, but they were unavailable last week so, I ordered a StaRite Pump. The folks at Pinch a penny knew that I preferred the Pentair. Today, Matt came to install the new pump. Due to the caring nature of the Pinch A Penny staff and Carrie, he brought with him a new Pentair VST. How they were able to find that pump I don’t know, but I’m sure it took a lot of extra effort. I am Enormously pleased. I watched as Matt installed the new pump and was extremely impressed with his expertise. He made it look so easy. In addition let me say that he was also just a really fine man. I have been a customer of this store for 18 years and have always been positively impressed with the staff. Thanks to Carrie and her staff for the years of support they have given me.”

I never saw sales like this on alcohol and maybe just visited at a fortunate time. Employee box ed up items for me and pointed out several items on sale I missed, most were 50 percent off. I've never had such a beautiful ring before and was so nervous about the sizing and Sonny was gracious to resize it like 3 times - it would have only been one time had I listened to his professional advice. While visiting for one of those sizings (that's a real word now), I knew I singled out the wedding band that I wanted to have. When my husband accompanied me during a visit, my husband and I, with Sonny's help, selected one of Sonny's custom creations as my husband's wedding band. Sonny even further customized his piece to match my rings by adding a strip of yellow gold. We love how he used that strip of gold to secure the diamond in his band.
