I have learned so much from Devon as my personal trainer. Devon has a very keen awareness of my needs every time we train. She customizes the routine. As we all know some days we feel stronger than others and to follow a cookie cutter routine does not work well for me.

If you are concerned about nutrition, Devon will develop a meal plan. I never realized how important nutrition is to my overall health.

I highly recommend Devon. You will be very satisfied.

Eric is AMAZING!! This was the first morning in a LONG time that I have woken up without ANY pain!!! It was unbelievable - he cured me!! I have had SI joint pain for a while and knew that it was due to a combination of things - sitting more due to COVID and not doing my mobility work. I was there for an hour and Eric took me through a routine of stretching and mobility work. He explained everything, had me practice each movement, and then told me to call with questions at any time. Thank you SO much Eric!
