Advanced Automotive Service Center

I just got off the phone w/John on a MONDAY & he took the time to talk to me, wasn't rushed, even explained where Advanced is located!!! I call that GREAT customer service!

I had just bought a truck from an auto auction and had no idea of the condition of the motor or transmission. John was honest and told me what needed to fixed now and what could wait for a bit. It's hard to find honesty and integrity these days and I found both there.

John and his colleagues have always been extremely responsive and caring around making sure my Volvo is serviced properly. They are conservative but thorough and very competitive in their pricing. Will never take my beloved Volvo to another large dealer again!

We have been coming to Advanced Automotive for a couple of years now. I was referred by a good friend and it has paid off very well. We have brought 3 vehicles to them several times for different things. Initially, to give them a thorough servicing, continual service, such as oil changes, and repairs when things have not gone our way. Most recently, at the end of a camping trip, our truck wouldn't start. I called John and he asked a few questions and gave several options. We were able to get it started and began our journey home. When we pulled off for a quick bite, we couldn't get it started again. We called John and we made arrangements to have the truck towed to the shop. They stayed until the truck got there, diagnosed it quickly and had it repaired the next day.
Advanced Automotive is professional, always courteous, belief in fixing/repairing the vehicles correctly instead of the cheapest fix which would cause us to keep coming back for the same repair. Instead, we keep going back because the business treats us like appreciated, wanted, customers. We are happy to give this review, as we appreciate them! Take your vehicle to them, you'll be completely satisfied!

I have an older Mercedes. Advanced Automotive has repaired it twice. The latest repair was the ac system. It was quite an ordeal. They had to remove the dashboard and all related systems to reach the ac to make repairs. They completed it in 3 days and my ac is wonderful
