Heather Tempesta is an absolute rock star. You want service, check. You want speed, check. You want reliability, check. Do you need them to close a property in 7 days, you got it. Honestly, I have never been so impressed with a title company. I was introduced to them when buying my last property and used them again to sale this same property based on the great service.

I had a great experience with Albatross. We had a complicated situations in the mix that we had to work out but overall they did a great job. They were very easy to work with. Their prices were fairly priced and worked hard for us to complete our complicated transaction. All the staff was knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your next real estate transaction.

Albatross did an outstanding job from start to finish. Seth, Aimee, John, Shannon, Gabby and the others that I am regretfully forgetting, everyone was so professional and the communication was STELLAR. We always knew where we stood throughout the entire transaction. They all worked so hard to smooth out the few speed bumps we encountered and I couldn't be more grateful to them.
