After two plumbing companies and at least 10 guys that “knew” how to replace the older cartridges & seats, I finally visited Palmers. Within 2 minutes, Emily had everything to rebuild the shower including necessary tools. She also gave me some cards and told me to call anytime and they could walk me through whatever I needed. I wish I had started with them. My first visit here but certainly not my last. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is the place to go for hard to find stuff. The lady behind the counter knew exactly what the part was but also knew exactly where to find it. I will definitely go here all I can to ensure they stay open. This is a dying breed store that we will all miss when the corporate stores overtake this type store. Support Palmer's!!

I was told these guys had tons of new old stock and hard to find plumbing equipment. I’d spent a day looking for an odd shaped nut for a shower valve stem. I showed them the stripped nut and they had the replacement in front of me before I could even finish speaking. Very knowledgeable!

One of the BEST stores ever!!! Perhaps not as competitive in some regards as the big box stores, but let me tell you - they know their stuff. You can get help and the correct answers to your questions there. And they appreciate your business while other places take it for granted. I love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the gems in our area. It’s as if you’ve stepped back in time. By today’s dominant Goliaths, it is a formidable player. Yes, the prices are not competitive with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace; but, the service is head & shoulders above the rest.
They will take the time to explain how to resolve your problem. They have been here for 3 generations. Treat yourself to humor, knowledge and, the solution. To make it faster bring your cell phone with photos of the problem.
