This community is a quiet place. Many helpful services for the people that live in it. Yes a couple documentaries have been made about the community which has drawn extra attention to it. The grounds are well kept. It is truly a adult only community. You do not find people just hanging out that do not live in the park. As some of these reviews state: "people have to live some place". Again I will say grounds are well kept and it is a quiet place with little outside traffic.

Really quiet and little outside traffic in this fully adult community. Much to do in the community with different services offered for residence. Good support programs for those that are re-entering into society from any stay in "Time Out". The grounds are well kept. If you do not live in the community you really have no business in the community.

I do not know anything about this place other than the documentary that is on youtube. But I do think that people have to have some place to live. They are not given life sentences after their time is served. So it is logical that they have their own community. At least everyone knows where they are and they can be at peace with their own peers. It is a good thing. There should be places like this in all 50 states.
