(October 29, 2018, 2:33 pm)Robert E. Biosatti, of Biosatti Law Firm, represented me Pro Bono on an appeal of my case. The trial court violated in several key areas my due process rights. Mr. Biasotti took a personal interest in my case. He devoted approximately 200 hours of his time recreating a record not recorded by the trial court, attending hearings at the local level, authoring a profound and compelling brief and rightly the 2nd District Court of Appeals agreed with Mr. Biosatti and overturned the trial courts decision and ordered a new hearing. Furthermore, Mr. Biosatti went beyond the appeal and represented me at the new hearing. The trial court ruled in my favor.
Mr. Biasotti is a man of character and principle - as well as the highest degree of judicial competence. Those qualities together bring a degree of peace, trust and confidence that cannot be overstated. Going through any litigation is an enormous and stressful burden. Knowing that you are in the best legal care brings calm and normalcy to one's life even while going through the process of clearing up legal muddy waters.
Robert E. Biasotti is a blessing to the legal community and I strongly recommend him.
