Three Generations Food Truck

I had the salmon patties and they were delicious. They were cooked perfectly! The bacon was crispy! Those grits were amazing! I’m from the Carolinas so I know grits! She cooked my husbands food in the grill since he was allergic to fish!

Chef Mel is the truth! We had the crabby fries and the fried shrimp and gouda grits. It was delicious. We'll def be back!

Edit: My husband couldn't wait to get more and went back a few days later. The experience wasn't so good. 30 min wait turned into an hour, but he waited. Shrimp was way overcooked (threw most of them out), gravy and grits looked like it was bottom of the pot. We love your energy, Chef Mel but are disappointed by the lack of consistency.

1st time customer. We ordered 4 plates.. Fish and grits were seasoned to perfection .. Lobster, Shrimp and Grits were Amazing. Conch, Lobster, shrimp and Fries were Amazing i needed more sauce but amazing. Red Velvet Waffle and chicken. The chicken was awesome but the waffles needed more sauce and crunch. Overall awesome experience and the food was good. We would definitely drive another 1.5 hours to come back.

Great food. Amazing chef. Southern comfort food with an upscale street flare. Delicious menu from her famous waffles to her amazing seafood everything on the menu is delightful. There is nothing that will disappoint you. You will enjoy Everything! The entire family will be happy with a full belly. Check it out . They don't disappoint. Wonderful Chef!
