BayCare Urgent Care (NE St. Petersburg)

I'm new in town and I've been to Bay care several times, I won't go anywhere else now.
I especially want to compliment the gentleman nurse who took care of me. He was very calming and caring. I had been through a lot and he was an excellent listener. I know there is a lot of burn out but the staff took really good care of me.

We just left this urgent care. Firstly, the young lady at the front desk was very nice, even though at 0800 there were people in her face complaining. She handled it very professionally. We saw a PA with the last name Lepak-Long. She was wonderful. My two year old had some splinters in his foot I could not get out. She took care not to hurt him while trying to get them out. She was very kind, professional, and obviously cares deeply for her patients. My only complaint would be the lack of a papoose device (device to hold children still) at this facility. I’ve worked in emergency medicine for years and this device would have made the removal of the splinters much easier. Either way the PA did wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

I went into here as I wasn't getting better and I wasn't confident with the other clinic's diagnosis. The Dr was more thorough with questions and ended up correctly diagnosing me and giving me the correct medication. I am feeling better now. Thank you!

The staff was wonderful I will recommend Bay care to every body.
