I have never seen this woman EVER act unprofessional. Any bad reviews this stable has ever gotten are false. I've walked through this establishment. These are the happiest horses I have ever seen. The students are engaged and want to come to these classes. I have a friend taking classes here and I've been there to watch. I am thoroughly impressed and floored by how good she is. Ron was incredibly helpful, accountable and professional. I was completely taken away when he not only apologized for the issue then thanked me for my feedback and also made the situation right immediately over the phone. Wow. Just...wow. “First time at Uptown Eats. We loved the old Banyan Cafe so having another gem pop up in the same location is awesome. We’ve known the owner, not personally but through his pastries, for a long time, so we figured this would be a score. Uptown Express Sandwich’s got a big thumbs up from the kids, both of which can be fairly critical of a breakfast sandwich. Green Little Things bowl was delicious with crumbed bacon, although for me I would have liked a larger serving. My wife had the gravy and biscuit. Apparently they only have the gravy on the weekend so she went for it. You pick you liking of biscuit (she chose a sausage something or other), and then it good ole comfort foodin from there. I’m not a big fan of biscuits and gravy but both the biscuit and gravy alone were really good, so I’ll take my wife’s word foe it that the combo together were delicious as well. Will certainly be returning here soon.”

“Our stay at the Bennington Bungalow was an experience we will remember forever. As a little family get-away, this condo was perfect with its beach theme and fresh decor. The master bedroom included a luxurious and comfortable king bed. The little office nook was perfect for school or work. We enjoyed many fun activities, as beaches and places to shop are just 10-20 minutes away. We also found time to relax on the balcony right on the water overlooking the bayou. This included seeing beautiful sunsets every night. Rhonda and Doug truly thought of everything to make the stay stress-free by providing a little of everything you need to get you started. This was a dream vacation, and we will be back to stay at the Bennington Bungalow!”
