“All the staff is college educated and trained well. But pushing a collision damage waiver can be a bit nerve-wracking on some people. A hint add comp and collision to your automobile insurance before renting a car . A deposit is charged whenever you rent either you have a major cc or you use a debit card. If your cc has collision coverage than refuse it. Now roadside assistance is an extra charge. I've rented from this location for over 10 years . Most times used there pick-up drop off service , which was convenient Sometimes cars are cleaned well other times not. But I think the put trust in the car washer but sometimes they make mistakes. Overall a good rental experience , even when having to wait 20-35 minutes after getting checked in.”

I found some pest upside down for a few weeks and after that nothing. I also have just reticently installed a pool and the Company is so good that I have no activity at all with unwanted creatures when the pool was being excavated which I thought I would have. When the pain didn’t subside, and actually got worse, a friend referred me to Steve. It’s one of the best referrals ever. Steve was able to diagnose the problem on our first meeting and have me perform exercises that gave me immediate relief. He also provided with me exercises and a program I could perform at home. Within weeks my back was better and I am now pain free. I would highly recommended Steve and have in fact referred my husband to Steve to treat his neck and shoulder issues.”

“This was a visit back in time. it was really interesting to see the Old Sawmill ,the first General Store, a replica of the first gas station , as well as one of the first homes built in this area . They also have large grounds that we attended a community Barbeque. This is a great place to visit and a greater place to plan an event. It has room for everything ,a great place for an outdoor wedding , reunions , and it had ample parking. Truly a hidden Gem in St Petersburg”

“JP Cat staff are super friendly. They walk around taking your trash and getting you drinks and snacks. They stop to take your photo often and you don't even need to ask. The boat is really pretty and clean, only 2 years old. The cruise is obviously amazing, sunset is beautiful. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because I wish there was a better alternative to the included alcohol drink. We just 2 snack chip bags instead.”
