She practices safe and effective psychiatry and when speaking to hear, it is very apparent that she has years of professional experience. Although she does not take insurance, her prices are very reasonable. Dr. Gould also listens to my own opinion on matters of concerns, voices her own, and we come up with plans together. “My experience with Berkshire Hathaway has been stellar. My home was move-in ready. Pristine. And even then, my property manager found things she wanted to make better for me. The lease signing was painless - my rep was prepared and efficient. And the company is tech savvy - the website is up to date and I can monitor services and pay my rent online. I'm so glad I didn't pursue renting with some of the other agencies I contacted! Update : After a year in my home, I'm happy to say that my experience with Berkshire has continued to be completely positive. My property manager is always there when I need her, and completely non-intrusive the rest of the time. She immediately addressed the few minor maintenance issues that cropped up and was also willing to be there to meet the repairman when I couldn't. The contractor she chose was professional, tidy, and polite, and I never felt uncomfortable having him in my home. I'll be renewing my lease digitally (effortlessly). My property owner already includes lawn service in my rent and this year he's adding pest control. Sweet!”
