Not only did she inform me of what was going on with my baby but gave me information for future reference that would prevent a 1st time mom like me from freaking out & bringing the baby back & forth to the doctor. I have never been a classes workout person, preferring to do my own thing, but I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this community. The classes are kept at a reasonable size and the space is welcoming. I've been a member for 3 months and I always look forward to classes, attending 4-5 times a week.
