I called to schedule my appointment, this is the first time I’ve ever had any type of bikini wax and I decided to do a Brazilian and I was a bit nervous. But I immediately knew by talking to Krista on the phone that I had chosen the right place. She calmed a lot of my fears right away! Fast forward to the appointment. The lady in the reception area (unfortunately I did not get her name) was wonderful, so sweet and took the time to go over services offered and the orange club membership with me while I waited. My appointment started at 10 and I was taken back right on time! Krista was wonderful, so easy to talk to and made me feel 100% comfortable. She explained everything she would do and told me the benefits of the type of wax they use. She also went over aftercare and recommended care products, but did not push me into buying them. The wax itself was not very painful at all. It only took about 30 minutes for everything. Honestly it’s more painful to get my eyebrows done in my opinion. I’m 48 hours out and have had no irritation or discomfort- I did get the recommended aftercare products and they have been great! The price is great. All in all a great experience! I will definitely be rebooking!”
