“Coming from Miami where they charge $36 for a jacket and pants. This place was a great value! Got 3 shirts, a jacket, and two pants done for about $30 flat for a wedding weekend. Also was completed the next day around the same time I dropped them off. The location on Tyrone isn't listed in a lot of map searches. Its a small and simple operation, but its effective and affordable. The gentlemen who operates it is really friendly and you can be in and out in a couple of minutes.”

“Below is my original post, which i would like to update as follows: After posting my review, i was contacted by Mr. Sacino, who was unaware of my complaint. He took it upon himself to personally look into my issue and was persistent with his follow up. Ultimately, he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. As a result, I am happy to once again be using their service, as I had always felt they did a good job with my clothes and have very competitive prices, particularly when compared to other local cleaning services. I was impressed that the owner of the business was so determined to make me a happy customer. Original post: I used Sacino's on the advice of a friend. I used the delivery service and within the 1st 3 deliveries a $400+ dress was missing. When I called to alert them, I was told the dress was delivered and the driver specifically remembered delivering the dress. When I pointed out that several other articles of clothing had been delivered and questioned how the driver could remember a particular dress among those items, I was told to "calm down" and someone would look into my issue. I was then told the dress was obviously stolen from the front door of my high rise, secure building downtown. while I was open to discussing the very remote possibility the dress was stolen from my front door, no one ever followed up and it's been weeks. I will never use them again.”
