“The service is good. Location is great, almost right on the beach. Usually the rooms are great, but on my most recent visit the floors were dirty and my feet would turn black from sand and dirt. Very comfortable overall. Great view from balconies too!”

“We just stayed at the Tiki Hut cottage in March 2020 for a glorious week. Now if you are the Marriott crowd then this may not be your thing but we loved the old school vibe, friendly people and staff and the most beautiful beach in the USA only 100 steps to the sand. It didn't hurt that the week was sunny and 80 every day. The kitchen has everything you will need. The bedroom has a comfy king bed with ceiling fan. Captain Al is helpful with questions and very Knowledgeable about the area. The hot tub is fun and there are umbrellas and beach chairs for guest use. Also has bicycles that we used everyday to explore the island. THE best part of this cottage is the Tiki hut/table in the front yard facing the street. Fun people watching while enjoying a cool drink. Thank you Captain Al, Terry, Amanda and staff! Hope to be back next year!”

“Take this from someone who never wants to take the time to leave a review (I felt compelled). My wife and I stayed here and had a truly unbelievable week. The resort itself is clean and quiet, however the location is perfect for a night on the town, all within walking distance (Johns pass...etc). We have in the past stayed in Cleareater, but everything is so distant and not fairly priced. After staying at IP, this will be our forever place (sorry clearwater :( ). The resort supplied water toys, beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach (beach was a walk across the street!). There was a couple days, we never even had to leave the resort, great people who were staying there and we enjoyed the company around the tiki area. Multiple grills for us to use, and again I cannot stress enough the up-keep of the resort. Get ready for us again IP, can't wait for next time, now having a lay of the land it will only be that much better. Strong recommendation.”

“I have lived here for going on 4 years now. Anywhere you go there will be at least one bad neighbor around. I am happy here. The only reason I give 4 stars is they need a playground for the kids. I wish they would! Other than that, Im happy! Everyone looks out for each other and Faith is good about weeding out the bad apples.”

“Really friendly staff! Clean rooms, great pool, beautiful beach access. Beautiful terraced bar/restaurant. Wasn't a huge fan of the food, but the terrace and outdoor lounge area were really nice. Complimentary breakfast is hard to do with social distancing, but they offered bagged, hot breakfast to take away every morning. Fresh coffee also. No complaints! Had a great time!”

Everyone here that I came across and briefly chatted with were seemingly in a great mood because they all in *feel good vacation mode* as was I and my husband. :) A short walk to the beach, as well as a short walk to nearby restaurants, and a Publix closeby. I felt comfortable at this resort and would absolutely stay here again someday.”

“Well maintained, beautiful campground with lots to do! Kayaking, mini golf, cycle rentals, fishing, swimming, and more. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Trash was picked up quickly and firewood delivered to our site quickly when needed. The camp store had anything you might need plus a lot of fun stuff too. The cabins are very clean and beautiful. The pool was clean, clear and just the right temp. Just a few minutes drive to the beach as well as many stores in the area if you want to do some shopping. Very family friendly campground!”

Beautifully decorated, feels super clean and nice. Has an amazing view, we could see dolphins and manatees swimming right below. All rooms are ocean view, and what a view!
