“My partner and I rented this property for a long weekend. The place was very clean and the location was exactly what we were looking for, being directly on the Gulf beach! When you open the blinds on the front windows all that you see is ocean, from a fourth-floor view! It was gorgeous! It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and a brewery. Perfect spot to watch the sunsets each evening. We will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“I believe we stayed in #4, not #2. We stayed at the piney nook cottage for our honeymoon. The location was perfect as it had direct access to the beach. It was very close to restaurants and other attractions. The only issue we had during our stay was ants, many many tiny ants crawling on the kitchen counters but I was able to rid of them on our first nights stay. We had no other problems for the entire duration. It was very quiet, very cozy. The cottage included everything we may need, though my husband was looking for a meat thermometer and couldn't find one. We will most likely return in the future.”

“Sandy Shores 401 My Fiancé and I stayed here for a short while as we were making a small vacation out of a wedding visit. We were a bit disappointed by how late the check-in time is, but I guess through the years they have gotten later at most places. We were able to get in an hour early, and when we needed a few extra minutes at checkout the office allowed us the time we needed which was very kind! The shower was bit slow to drain, but the condo appeared to be very clean and kept upon our arrival. There is no dish rack for handwashing dishes, so plan for time to empty the dishwasher before leaving. Most places I've stayed at ask that you run the dishwasher before leaving and they will empty it. Not this one, so just plan for this. The location is incredible, as it is directly across the street from John's Pass, full of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It is a bit far from a Liquor Store or a Grocery if you are not renting a car, however the local trolley system is very nice! We utilized it to ride up to Clearwater and back a couple of times to shop and eat. It's much cheaper than a rideshare, and they run every 30 minutes from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. Based on our experience, we would happily return!”

“I’ve lived here just over 6 years and adore living here. It’s beautiful and I love being able to take pics. (sharing some but have so many more that I could bore people, lol.) The staff is beyond amazing; Brenda & Bo are excellent. Maintenance is amazing. I rarely have an issue but when I do it’s taken care of & I’m appreciative. Once when I had an issue with my washer & it couldn’t be solved quickly; Brenda & Bo made sure I didn’t go without. Unfortunately 2 of the best maintenance people have or are leaving. I hope to stay when my renewal comes up next year. I just hope it’s not astronomical. I think the company values longevity & loyalty in residents as this is what helps to make a strong community. If the past couple years have shown us anything it’s that we all need a strong community.”

“I had a relaxing and amazing vacation here. The staff was very nice and welcoming! The room was very clean and nice the balcony was definitely a nice addition with the view of the splash park and water. I enjoyed the feeling of home in the room with a kitchen and wash machine and dryer. The location is great and your not far from anything. I will definitely be returning. The only thing i wish they had a better way of getting splash park passes but for now you have to go to the lobby daily to get your passes”
