“This place is by far the best apartment community I've ever lived in. It's insanely affordable especially considering you're right across the street from the beautiful gulf of mexico. We had a terrific move-in special with one month free and a cheap security deposit. It seemed like during our hunt all places asked for first last and a security deposit making it impossible to afford all the upfront costs. Missy helped us get approved the same day we applied and made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. Maintenance is quick to fix anything even a light bulb. I can't believe everything I'm getting for the low price.... plenty of space, beautiful floors, stainless steel appliances a washer/dryer and the most perfect location. I watch the sunset every evening over the water and can walk to countless amazing restaurants for dinner. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking and will also probably renew my lease!”
