“Just moved down here from out of state. Back home Chick-fil-A is King and I have to say this place didn't disappoint. The food was good and the line went quickly even though it was pouring down rain. They did for get to give me tortilla chips for my 3 orders of "TORTILLA" soup, but I wouldn't hold it against them this time. I hope to go back often and I will continue to expect great service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you haven't eaten at this restaurant before they serve good food for a good price and there lines go very quickly. “Good Times restaurant makes the most delicious crispy duck I’ve ever had! I suggest ordering the original recipe as opposed to the cherry duck because I think the cherry duck sauce is too sweet. Duck is one of my favorite dishes and I ordered it over 100 restaurants throughout the United States no one makes no restaurant makes better crispy duck than Good Times on Tierra Verde. I’ve eaten here so many times I know to reserve my duck when I make a reservation so they don’t sell out.”

The maintenance team is awesome and very quick! I barely have the need for service requests, but when I do, they fix it within 24 hours! The walk-in closets are super generous with space and the sunroom is awesome. They are very active on social media and proactively try to engage with current residents and future prospects. The live music and draft beer made it seem like the place to walk to. They had a good kids menu for my kids and we got cheese sticks and a thin crust pizza.
