I can't find a burger sandwiched in between two sandwiches very often. It's my favorite kind of burger and my hunt for one led me here. We arrive by boat, boat dock is just a short walk. We come with an appetite as portions are large enough to share. We always start with Chips, salsa and guacamole, so yummy, fresh cilantro and the chips are actually warm. We’ve taken to sharing the beef fajitas, although everything we’ve tried we liked. It was delicious and filling. Yet I gravitated to the other plates that were brought to our table and found the Chilean sea bass to be the superior shining light of this restaurants offerings! If you’re in Laguna Beach I strongly suggest stopping here as the appetizers itself are filling enough and delicious also. “This was a great meal. I had the bone in rib eye special with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Others in our party had ribs. We all enjoyed our meals. The service was exceptional. The place is a little dimly lit, but steakhouses generally are. The washrooms are clean and parking was plentiful. The prices are a little steep, but if you're looking for a good steak, you're going to have to spend some money. Overall it was a great trip and I'll be coming back soon!”

“Today was the first time me and a friend went to Peppa's. My friend lives in Brooklyn and heard the food was good, so we ventured out and drove there. I can see why most people order for delivery or pickup if you don't live within walking distance because it's hard to find a place to park. But we finally got a spot. We walked in looking for a menu, but none was posted. The only signage was cash only; ATM inside. No one greeted us; no "Order Here" sign; everyone seemed too busy to acknowledge us. We finally just started asking what do you serve, where do we order, what's this & what's that while looking at the hot serving table. A long story short, we finally placed our orders of one large stewed chicken plate & one large fish plate. Me and my friend, who is 81 YOA, was very disappointed in the lack of customer service, lack of communication from the staff, and some seemed annoyed that we asked questions. Once we got to my friend's place and tasted the food, it was very tasty. We were happy with the food; the food was good. But please consider posting the menu, ordering instructions for walk-ins, and give customers the impression you appreciate their business ... even if you're busy filing orders.”

“Went here twice during our stay since it was literally right next to our hotel. It's part of a chain of restaurants there. However, everything I got I liked quite a bit. I ordered a 4 shrimp dish the first time and a burger the second time. We had also tried the grilled grouper and that was fantastic. They also played live music and they were fantastic. All around a good touristy stay if you're into that sort of thing. 🙂”
