“JULIA is the best and is saving this complex single handedly! So I've seen several managers come and go within the short amount of time residing here, a lot of things are inconsistent and unorganized because of that. This complex has to appreciate their employees so that a relationship with the tenants can be built. The only example of a solid relationship with their residents is Julia(Assistant manager). She is readily available, very professional, friendly, and gets priorities done in a timely manner. Everytime I went to another representative, nothing was facilitated or it took a lengthy amount of time. But never the less this complex is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, great location, reasonably priced, gated and I have really enjoyed my experience for the 5 months so far. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star is because the garbage compactor sometimes overflows and they need to hire more Great & consistent employee's like Julia...then I will edit this once those issues are addressed.”

“Terri who is over admissions, is an angel sent by God! She was so compassionate with me when I cried to her about my parents. Her love for the Elderly and people in need is for real! She had my parents picked up from an Assisted Living that was not able to care for them anymore and moved them right in to this little heaven on earth. From day one all the nurses, med techs and staff have been amazing to talk too and extremely caring towards by parents needs. I absolutely love this place and would recommend this place to anyone! I had an appointment today and the gentleman at the desk, Juan, told me I may want to confirm that they are in network for my insurance so I don’t end up with a big bill unexpectedly (this insurance is new to me). I called and he was correct, they were not in network for me. He could have easily taken my blood without saying a word but became he is a kind and caring individual, he went the extra mile. “Stopped in on the way from the baseball stadium in Tampa and I am so glad we chose this spot over the many other boba spots that were there! We’ve tried so many boba spots from Orlando to Tampa and Moonlight Boba is up there in our top 10. The Taro and honeydew milk teas were smooth and not too sweet. Had just the right amount of flavor. The honey tapioca was soft and chewy. It wasn’t hard or stale. Service was quick and the we waited no more than 5 minutes from ordering to receiving our order. Overall, good experience and will definitely be back to try their waffles!”

“Fun day for spring break. The boys always talk about this slide so we spent $20 for 12 times. It was perfect amount. The boys loved it and would go on it all day so the days pass for $35 would definitely be worth it. I sat my chair at the bottom and just watched the fun. I even tried it once and screamed the whole way down. I heard people complaining about the sand on the slide scratching their backs and bottoms. The guy at the front ticket line was awesome and friendly. He definitely loves his job. He was entertaining and very helpful. I would definitely recommend a day pass and we will be back.”
