Maintenance has been handled quickly as needed, and the view is beautiful overlooking Bear Creek into the Intercoastal. With rent rising in the St Pete area, the price for a 1/1 fit in my budget and the utilities (water/trash/recycling) included in rent work out nicely.”

Which encompassed craneland, naturally, as St. Pete continues to seek to be something other...yet to be determined facet of concrete..Anyway, service was spectacular, and when I write spectacular I mean it. It was almost sound proof couldn’t hear people around us nor traffic on Gulf Blvd. Maintenance man Charlie was fabulous and fixed the two small issues we had on day one. “I don't see any of these reviews mention Dr. Klein, so I want to say I think he is a great pediatrican. He always takes the time to answer all my questions (which is always a lot), he's very cheery and can tell he genuinely cares about my baby's health. We've been seeing him for a year since my son was born. Unfortanely we are moving out of their service area. The front staff has always been pleasant and the nurses are sweet and caring. The wait times are very long, both in person and over the phone.”

“Best dentist around (and I’ve been to a lot!) He just finished up a complicated implant process on my two front teeth from a bike accident when I was 11. It was a challenge that he rose to completely, and he worked tirelessly to ensure I was completely happy and comfortable with the results. My temporary bridge even came off over the weekend once, and he met me at the office during off-hours to fix it! My whole family goes there, and he even made my mom (who avoided the dentist for — no joke — 20 years) happy with her smile again. He’s the best and I wouldn’t go to, or recommend, anyone else.”
