“I (involuntarily) had my car towed because the parking pass from my hotel, Seaside Inns, fell. My fault. After having car towed at dinner time on a Thursday, I tried to get the same night, however, they never answered the phone calls once I was at their location. They did say to come anytime but then no one answered phones. I went back the following morning at 8am and was worried b/c I had time to look at reviews and was very worried after seeing such awful reviews of this place. Arrived Friday morning at 8:04 am, someone arrived w/i 5 minutes. The guy was so NICE!!!!!!!!! Yea, it sucked to have your car towed since I did pay for parking pass, it just fell. BUT.......at least the guy I got was top notch, nice, helpful, caring and respectful. Made what I thought was going to be a horrible experience not so awful! I was in and out of their office within 15 minutes. Sorry I had to get my car towed, but thankful this place didn't live up to their bad reviews. And they had guard cats on premises! I love cats so once I saw them I knew these people aren't all bad. Fellow cat lovers are the best people!!!”
