“We really enjoyed our kayak tour around Shell Key. Scott and Carissa welcomed us upon arrival. Everything was set up and ready to go. The equipment is in good condition and Scott made several references throughout the tour about safety precautions (kayaking and COVID). The area is beautiful and it was an easy, relaxing paddle. We enjoyed the break to walk around Shell Key. On our way back, Scott took us through a few mangrove tunnels. Very cool. I'd definitely sign up for another Island Kayak Adventures.”

“I can't stress how top notch Dr. Crossland and his team is. Before meeting them, I had only went to the dentist probably a handful of times in 26 years due to irrational dread. My first time coming to him, I needed my front tooth fixed in a pinch. Even though I wasn't an established patient, he made it happen with such short notice. Since then, I have been going at least 2X/year for cleanings and overdue cavities. They have always treated me like family there, and I will refer their office to anyone that needs a compassionate dentist.”

Scheduling an appointment and not showing up or cancelling is chargeable in many professional therapist office. He is one of the few who does not charge full price for a no show and frequently cancels the charge after hearing the reason for the no show. He is a cancer survivor and has lost a child to trauma. “We had talked to KB builders two years ago about renovating our condo on Tierra Verde. We had 2 other estimates from other contractors. Right from the beginning we really liked Pete the general contractor and Kathy, the project manager/designer with KB. We finally decided to have the renovation started this year in July. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Pete is very knowledgeable, skilled, professional and easy to work with. Kathy is absolutely fantastic with her scheduling of all the work, complete attention to detail, and most of all, she is very talented as a designer. She has basically designed the entire condo and we are so thrilled with all her finish choices. We live in St Louis, this condo is our vacation home, so we have not been there for the renovation project. They have been great at keeping us updated and sending pictures of the work being completed. The estimate they gave us in the beginning hasn't seemed to change at all, which is great, as we were worried they might go over as can happen with any company. They have stayed in our budget and haven't made us go to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. for finishes. They have been very flexible with picking out very nice quality items. We are anxious to get down in October to see the complete finished project. At this point, we would highly recommend their services!”
