“I booked this property because we have stayed a Pam's properties before. We found the condo to be very clean and well stocked upon arrival. The location is excellent and easy to get to. We especially enjoyed the large screened in balcony overlooking the beach. The property is well maintained inside and out and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the elevator lobby, beach, pool area, and parking area! Pam was excellent in all our communications and very helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great value and location on the beach. Finished off with a lava cake. If you like a busy loud place with lots of people watching, it's perfect. “MyRepipe fully replaced the internal water system piping on 12 units of our condo complex. This included drywall section removal, replacement, and painting of disturbed walls. The field crew was great to work with; professional and friendly, while providing high quality work. Positive feedback from multiple unit owners. They completed a unit within a 3 to 4 day timeframe; no over night water outages. The general contractor (Dimitresse Construction) led us through the permitting process, and was responsive when questions or issues arose. The contract negotiation, project initiation, progress reporting, project completion, and invoicing was smooth with no major surprises. They were also the best priced contractor for this service. We would hire them again if we have more units to repipe in the future.”
