“Before I went in, I heard negative things about Heart of Florida Medical Center; however, I had the best care I have ever had in a hospital. The staff was courteous, caring, friendly, and competent. The food was tasty and the correct temperature: the hot food was hot and cold food was cold. I will be returning for my second knee replacement surgery in late April and have no concerns about the type of care I will receive at Heart of Florida. They are excellent!”

I believe in first impressions and I have to say that the young women who work in the office of Davenport Chiropractic and Injury office are personable, professional and understanding. They set the correct tone ! They know how to treat patients and the level of treatment did not stop there. Once in the office Dr Alexis and Dr. Stephanie are great!! “My husband and I went in based on our location with no knowledge of how we would be served. I just wanted to update my phone. A young man, Colby Gallo, helped us way beyond that update. Since my husband and I are virtually technologically challenged we asked Colby questions that occurred to us while we were there. Colby was so patient with us and helped us beyond 110%. He gave me advice and more about my phone and we left fully served. We actually had another problem the next day and went in a second time. We not only had a chance to ask Colby more questions but we were able to witness the awesome customer service offered to others by the other consultants in that office. Everyone was so patient and customer oriented and I can’t say enough positive comments about Colby and this group. I highly recommended this retailer.”
